This is a job summary which includes essential job duties of the position. More specific information regarding duties may be provided upon request for particular locations and facilities. Assist business unit personnel with key analyses and projects in the areas of sales analysis, forecast analysis, inventory analysis and various other topics.
Provide financial planning, analysis, and strategic support to Latin America Tools & Hardware Marketing teams related to: forecasting, mix management, product line performance profitability, and inventory/SKU management.
Essential Duties: · Work intimately with Latin America Marketing Managers to drive new sales growth, as well as product and channel profitability through detailed financial analysis. · Work closely with Global Business Units within Tools & Hardware Group in order to help build and manage common Latin America reporting and analysis tools. · Maintain and enhance financial decision making models used to evaluate investment opportunities, product and channel performance, budgets, and strategic plans. · Conduct post audit reviews of promotional and investment opportunities in order to drive key learning's. · Exemplify strong written and oral communication skills. · Perform well under pressure, while managing multiple assignments.

Requirements |
· Finance or Accounting degree required. MBA or CPA a plus, but not required. · Willingness to spend 10 to 20% of time internationally in Latin America region. · 3-5 Years of Finance and/or Accounting experience · Strong Spanish oral and written communication skills · Ability to analyze financials across multiple exchange rates effectively · Team oriented; collaboration with colleagues in multiple business units, regions, and responsibilities · Excel excellence · Self motivated and well organized Preferred Qualifications: · Consumer products industry experience Prior responsibilities within Sales & Marketing Finance
